How long does delivery take?

We deliver all orders within 2 working days for Free in mainland UK. 

If required we can deliver all products on this website on a next day service if ordered before 11 am. This includes our Amtico LVT and our Porcelain floor & Wall tiles. If you require this next day service please contact us for the price. 

Where are your products shipped from?

We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.

Are your products guaranteed.

Yes all ur Amtico LVT flooring products carry the full 25 year manufacturers guarantee. This is something we are extremely proud of as we are selling a top end product at a price that competes with a much cheaper unbranded product yet we offer the full backing of Amtico. - the best name in the industry. 

Our porcelain products come with a lifetime guarantee.

How good are Amtico Luxury Vinyl Tiles?

Is Amtico the best LVT to buy in the UK? A great question and probably the answer is yes! Not because we think so particularly but more so as the generally accepted answer from both consumers and experts in the flooring industry. You can buy the best luxury vinyl flooring, or what one may consider to be the best product and have it fitted by a great professional installer but that is not where it ends. Not by a long stretch.

If Amtico is to be considered a great company with the best product and service offering then the backup of industry leading product guarantees and warranties is an absolute pre-requisite before buying into the brand!
